Description

The same alt attribute "Smiley" is used for all emoticons. If the alt attribute doesn't tell which emotion is to be expressed it should better be empty, so a screenreader isn't bothered with useless information.

Note that if there are different alt attributes for each emoticon then the contents must be in the language of the element.

Hi Masi,

Could you provide a set of emoticons with corresponding English text? The ones currently used in the RTE are just numbered, so I do not know what would be the correct corresponding texts.

The attached patch replaces the set of emoticons with set of emoticons of Mozilla Thunderbird. The alt attribute for each emoticon is the character transcription of the emoticon while the title attribute is the localizable meaning of the emoticon.
