Description
A screen reader user told me that having icons with an alt text and a link with exactly the same text is only annoying. Furthermore if the text is not in the same language as the text itself. Personally I doubt if such a long text like "Opens internal link in current window" is justified. I could see some sense in it if only links to external resources or links that open in a new window are marked at all.
I don't know if this feature has been developed with disabled users, but I've heard complaints about this feature.
It seems that many screen reader users have turn off the reading of link titles because they have been ill used by many site developers ;-)

we are sorry, but we close this issue as now TYPO3 uses CKEditor and RTEHtmlarea development has been stopped.
RTEHtmlarea has been decoupled from the core and its code is available on github:
https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/rtehtmlarea
