The default configurations of htmlArea RTE do not include any css rule for default class indent.

The attached patch adds the default rule for class indent to the default css file (EXT:rtehtmlarea/contentcss/default.css). It also updates the inline css rules defined in PageTSConfig for Typical and Demo default configurations.

File dynamiccss.css is marked as deprecated and reference to the current default css file is included in the file.
