toolbar
when clicking on the lightning, which should cause the popup to be open nothing happens, the same problem is occurs with the opendocument button and search button in the toolbar.

t3editor
t3editor is installed, and activated but doesn't appear in the backend (template setup)

There are no errors in firefox errorconsole

The order of the extensions in the extlist is as in an other installation where the bar works fine

installation updated from 4.1.6 to 4.2.1 (zip package on solaris)
cleared all caches
compared tables
used the updatewizard in the installtool

found error the above, used wget to fetch the tar.gz package unpacked it with gtar
same problem
