Description

When incorporating an external TS file (from fileadmin/), the very first line of its content is not taken into account.

Workaround: put a blank line at the beginning of the file or put some comment
(issue imported from #M9903)

I am not able to reproduce this using latest Trunk. Can you verify it again, please?
If the bug does still occur, please reopen the issue and submit more information on how to reproduce it.
