Clear RTE cache option will be added to the BE Clear cache menu.
The option is always enabled when the user is Admin.
The option may also be added for a specific user/usergroup with User TSConfig:
options.clearCache.clearRTECache = 1
The option allows to clear directory typo3temp/rtehtmlarea in which minified RTE scripts are cached.
