RTE does not work in TemplaVoila FCE Section

Description
When using RTE (htmalrea) in IRRE subelements RTE just shows that it is loading (forever). So it is not possible to use RTE in TV FCE Sections. So we are not able to update our customers projects to v4.2.5.

#19477 couldn't be applied, even not manual

there is no rtehtmlarea v1.7.6 in the repository. the latest is v1.4.4 => http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/rtehtmlarea/current/

with v1.7.6 i am getting a blank white frame but no editor

Please try patch attached to issue #19865 (applicable against 4.2.6) pending in core list.

Committed to branch 4.2 for inclusion in TYPO3 4.2.7.
