Description
The page preview (loupe) in backend is not working, if page is standard or advanced, and has domains added to it.
create a page.
add a domain to the page
click on loupe icon in backend

After trying both patches, still no go, i have added two screenshots, they show the problem places...

ps: if i do a file_get_contents on the locallang.php file, and echo it back, the characters are shown ok, its just when i parse em through typo3...

ps: Subpages of that page stopped working too, plus some pages get randomly added L parameters, and some customers reported, that they cannot search for the ID's of those pages in the backend...

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
