Rich text editor is not loading

Description
In issue 0010203, it was sayd that "this issue should be moved to the "core"-project". I do that by now.
TYPO3 4.2.[4-6] has the trouble that the RTE of rtehtmlarea is not opened, only "The editor is being loaded. Please wait..." is printed. This happens with most browsers on Windows and Linux.
On the other hand, TYPO3 4.2.[1-3] and the browser konqueror start an editor showing HTML as input, but no RTE.
Many hints were applied, but without any results. Enabling troubleshooting and the JavaScript console do not display any error.
I use tinyrte instead of rtehtmlarea, but this is not a solution. TYPO3 has to be fixed.

@Bernd: would the RTE be loaded if you have just one Rich Text Editor field? Issue 0010203 describes a problem with more than one RTE using TemplaVoila.

I have also TemplaVoilà, using only a single RTE (rtehtmlarea). I kept to this issue because other issues were marked as duplicates.

Do you have configured rtehtmlarea to typical or demo settings?
Can you try typical?

I'm working now with a different enterprise. So I do not have access to the old websites. So just close this report. Thank you for your help although that could have been much earlier.
