Description

In my oppinion, function tslib_fe.get_cache_timeout () should care about the tt_content starttime and endtime.

If someone creates a ce to be visible within an hour and leaves page's cache-timeout as it is, the whole thing will not work as expected.

This is fixed since Typo 4.5 where content elements can have times.
