Description
The l10nmgr need the CTYpe information for the XML-Structur. The reason for that is that:
- We can provide some additional information to the translation agency.
- We need to handle CE of type HTML different like the other one.
To provide that additional information it is the nearest to add the CType to the retrieved array.
