Description

In RFC #20078 the Install Tool was given a CSS file. Later flash messages were introduced in an attempt to harmonize styles for status messages (success, errors, warnings, etc.).

The colors for messages in the Install Tool skin and in the flash messages don't match.

The attached patch changes the Install Tool skin to match.

Styles "warning" and "note" (relabeled to "notice") were kept because of some situations were the background colors were necessary, but without the icon.
