TYPO3 Core

I can drag & drop content elements ok.

If I edit a text element though, I get the ajax window appearing with the three tabs on the top - header, text, & access, clicking on them doesn't do anything though.

As the ajax window loads, I have the following three errors in my firefox error console:

Error: TBE_EDITOR is not defined

This is a site that was upgraded from 4.2.9 to 4.3.0beta1.

Update wizard and database compares were run.
