I have contacted the author of the extension and was granted access to the extension on addons.mozilla.org. I was able to update the extension and go through their review process. A new version (0.6.1) that is compatible with Firefox 3.5 is now publicly available on addons.mozilla.org.

The attached patch modifies the configuration file of the RTE so as to fetch the latest version of the extension from addons.mozilla.org rather than any version from typo3.org.

Committed to SVN TYPO3core trunk (revision 6346), branch TYPO3_4-2 (revision 6347), branch TYPO3_4-1 (revision 6348).

The extension available form typo3.org was replaced by one that is compatible with Firefox 3.5. When installed, Firefox will update it correctly from addons.mozilla.org.
