Description

This line:
includeLibs.something = fileadmin/template/scripts/myscripts.php

should include the file fileadmin/template/scripts/myscripts.php. In 4.3.0 it works. If updated to 4.3.1 it does not work anymore. If I downgrade to 4.3.0 it works again.
I also tried in a fresh 4.3.1 installation (using the default HELLO WORLD template) - it did not work.
