"Show" clickmenu in page tree generates wrong URL

Description
If we don't have any sys_domain record in our page tree, the clickmenu "Show" will generate a link like:
http://example.com//index.php?id=xx
Note the double "//" before index.php. This won't work if you have realurl installed (it doesn't even need to be enabled for your site):
