Description

There are two occurences were TYPO3 sends out plain mails without proper encoding.

Attached patch solves that...

these changes are not required anymore because t3lib_utility_Mail::mail() serves these mails now - can anyone close it please?

What about the 2 occurences in install/mod/class.tx_install.php?
They still only use the mail() function from PHP.
