Description

When using Browse for Files, the list that appears is sorted alpha-numerically, but upper case letters are prioritized above lower case letters ... thus aardvark.txt will be sorted after Zulu.txt. This can be seen when using the Text with Image or Media Content Elements.

In addition, when using Filelist, the folders in fileadmin are sorted similarly ... upper case letters have priority over lower case.

I have included an image that shows the mis-ordering of files when clicking on the Select Files or URL in the Media CE.
