Description

ExtJS does not release resources used by the RTE when the RTE iframe is unloaded in IE.

ExtJS KeyMap object makes IE leak memory.

Add cleanup before the RTE is destroyed.

Nullify references to DOM.

Nullify KeyMaps event handlers.
