Wrong CSH text for Access Lists

Description
Option Access Lists in BE User Group configuration
"If this option is disabled the Access Lists cannot be configured for the group.
When Access Lists are disabled the icon for the group is blue while it is red when Access Lists are enabled-"

Removed second line from CSH text for "Option Access Lists" Checkbox.
But maybe its not the best solution. Wrote Steffen Ritter (responsible for typo3 icons/symbols) a E-Mail with a question for a second icon/symbol for the usergroups, if it is the better solution. Then it would be like in old typo3 versions with different icons/symbols for usergroups.

Steffen Gebert said that removing the line (like Patch v1) creates problemes with the translation server for other languages. Trying the find a other solution now.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
