Remove Workspace Module and Autopublishing from the system extension Version

Description
Since the workspace-team is going to add "workspaces" as new sysext the autpublishtask and workspace-module parts can be remove from sysext "version"
the file within EXT:version/ws/ should stay but will be get deprecation entries within additional issues.

@Christopher - are you sure you did the right thing #16307 and #12811 are not duplicate
