no update of module list in left frame of be window

Description
after installing or removing an extension with one ore more be-module(s), the module list in the left frame is not updated. You have to invoke a manually refresh to see the changes.

This bug was introduced with the Translation of the EM in version 4.3, there's already an open bug report, but nobody fixed it, yet.

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
IMHO this issue was fixed.
