Description

With LTS there will be no update of contrib libraries like prototype, scriptaculous, ExtCore and ExtJS for a long time.

To have the possibility to update only specific library, there should be a possibility to set the contrib paths.

The following patch allows to do this (eg in pre-render hook)

There is also an extension attached, which does following updates:
Prototype 1.6.1, Scriptaculous 1.8.3, ExtCore 3.1.0, ExtJs 3.2.1
