After resizing the RTE collapses and isn't usable anymore.

Extension ke_troubletickets
In 0014896 I wrote that the problem only appears in one of my development environments. It now also appears in the live environment.

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
