Got the same problem on TYPO3 Ver. 4.3.3

I wanted to upgrade typo3 from 4.1.x to the 4.4.x...

Going down the code step by step I noticed this difference between the versions in "class.tslib_fe.php":

ligne 827 : $this->sys_page->versioningPreview = $this->fePreview ? TRUE : FALSE;

becomes

ligne 914 : $this->sys_page->versioningPreview = ($this->fePreview===2 || intval($this->workspacePreview) || t3lib_div::_GP('ADMCMD_view')) ? TRUE : FALSE;

To recover the old behavior I replaced the line with :

$this->sys_page->versioningPreview = ($this->fePreview===1 || $this->fePreview===2 || intval($this->workspacePreview) || t3lib_div::_GP('ADMCMD_view')) ? TRUE : FALSE;

Could Someone of the typo3 team confirm me it's the correct tip?
