Description
When creating translations for Content Elements in the Live workspace the created content elements are visible (possibly with prefix [Translate to <language>] ).
With the new setting
TCEMAIN.translateToHidden = 1
newly created (translated) content elements are set to hidden and can be made visible when the content is translated.

Version 2 takes a different approach:
- content elements are hidden when copying them (both normal copy/paste and copy to new translation) in live workspace
- the option "Show hidden content elements" is active by default (that is if the backend user didn't set it to either on or off)
