There's a problem with the debug bar: IMHO ExtJS counts wrong by 1px height and thus scrollbars appear.

I'm not sure but perhaps the "1px-bug" was build with the intention that the scrollbar is always shown, even if the content is less. Due to the fact that on every reload a new tab is shown the content jumps perhaps.

Steffen already assumed that the docheader's absolute positioning could be the root of this problem.
