Folder inside an extension, which are unreadable by the webserver user, cause an error

Description

If folder is unreadable by web server inside any extension folder, t3lib_div::getFilesInDir returns string 'error opening.....' instead of array(). This causes an error exception while trying to view ext. information in the Ext Manager.
