Spelling and label fixes with new TCA layout for pages

Description
There are some issues which should be fixed. This entry should hold all issues concerning pages / page overlays:
1) Field "Inherit time and rights settings" in page props has the
description "By default the Start, Stop, Access and Hidden options are
effective only for the page on which they are set. If the option
'Include subpages' is checked for the page, then their effect is
inherited by all subpages to that page." > "'Include subpages'" is wrong
now.
2) Weird explanation in description of "Page: Contains plugin". The field shouldnt' be admin only and there is IMO no connection to the task center

Actually these are not TCA or label spelling mistakes, since the errors mentioned are coming from the CSH bubbles only.

Yes, there is a mix up, please only consider fixes for the LABELS in this issue. I misunderstood the reasoning as those are CSH issues which has nothing to do with the new labels. But of course it is also important to fix those as well (even in older branches).

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
