Drag and drop of pages in tree view does not work in Google Chrome

Description

The possibility of drag and drop of pages in tree view of TYPO3 backend is not and has never been working in Google Chrome.

The following exception appears in main frame of backend:
1: Attempt to move record '' (pages:aeaoofnhgocdbnbeljkmbjdmhbcokfdb-mousedown) without having permissions to do so.

Every method of drop-action (copy after, move into, ...) triggers this error.

I have tested in different Google Chrome and different TYPO3 versions:

Google Chrome 5.x, 6.x and the latest 7.0.517.44
TYPO3 4.4x and 4.5alpha3

In other browsers like Firefox or Internet Explorer, this feature works.

The attached screenshot shows the context-menu which appears after dropping a page over another page.

The error message shows the very large string, which Chrome adds to every element as ID on every website, and TYPO3 backend too. I don't know why Chrome is doing this, but I guess that this is the reason for the error.
