TYPO3 Core

Hi

I just downloaded the introduction package typo3 v4.5.0
and tried to install it with the url <domain>/typo3

i get the message that i need to create the file: "ENABLE_INSTALL_TOOL".
But its the first time that i install it, so i should get the 1-2-3 installer automaticly with the "FIRST_INSTALL" file.

To solve this i needed to change the rights to the typo3conf directory. but that was not clear to me at the first time. I think it is better to give a message that the rights are not good on that map.

can somebody fix that?
