Use Case:

- Install IE9 Beta
- Login to Backend
- Drag a page
- (/) Stop signal apears, page can not be dragged or droped

Same TYPO3 IE8 == no problem.

Let's wait until IE9 is really final and use a real browser until then.

Works fine for me - haven't heard anything related so I assume this is outdated, therefor I'm closing the issue for the sake of a clean bugtrack - feel free to reopen it if my assumption was wrong.
