Fatal Error does not look like a "Fatal Error"

Description

If e.g. typo3temp/ is not writable, Install Tool emits a "Fatal Error". However, this does not look like a Fatal Error (it is yellow instead of red and also the template of the new TYPO3 error messages look a bit different (flipped logo, message not centered).
