Description

The Acess Lists configuration of BE User Groups doesn't use the new CSH API (underlying is TCA type=select renderMode=checkbox or similar).

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
