Description

Temporary files folder should not be expanded in drag & drop tab, because it would allow to insert in the content reference to a temporary file that could later be deleted. The same constraint already applies to the plain image tab. The problem does not arise with the magis image tab, because the inserted reference will be to a newly created magic image.
