Description
If creating a new "Text with Image" content element and select "Beside text, left" or "Beside Text, right" as the image position the header of the content element is no longer rendered. (It is missing completely so not even the "div.csc-header" is there)
If i select any other position for the image the header is there.

We have exactly the same issue in the new Version of TYPO3 4.7 after updating from 4.6.7. When you set the image position to anything else than beside text the header appears again.
