Header is missing in "text with image content elements" if image position is "Beside Text"

Description

If creating a new "Text with Image" content element and select "Beside text, left" or "Beside Text, right" as the image position the header of the content element is no longer rendered. (It is missing completely so not even the "div.csc-header" is there)

If i select any other position for the image the header is there.
