Problem with the integration of third-party trees

Description
Extension DAM has it's own trees:
1. A folder tree for Media > File
2. A folder, category and seletion tree for Media > List, Media > Info, Media > Tools
3. A category tree for Media > Categories
In the current trunk in each of these modules only tree 2 is displayed - no change on switching to another module. We had a similar problem once in 4.3 and 4.4 trunk (see #20773), but this one is different: Only tree #2 can be accessed.

Btw, I tried reverting to rev. 10092 (before the "final integration of the pagetree") and also there it doesn't work.

Fixed and patch is pending on the core list. The problem appeared the first time after the implementation of the new module menu. Unfortunately it was missed to use the navigation scripts from submodules and the parameters if configured.
