Description
Subdirectories of typo3temp are created as needed, but not typo3temp itself.
In order to cleanup a TYPO3 installation it is sometimes nice to just delete the typo3temp directory with all of its content (purging a db table like cache_imagesizes also needs to be done). But when typo3temp is missing, it is not created automatically.
This may be intentionally, but if not it would be nice to have this feature.
