Description

If you have a TCA definition like this
'uhrzeit' => array (
'exclude' => 0,
'label' => 'LLL:EXT:mg_test/locallang_db.xml:tx_mgtest_test.uhrzeit',
'config' => array (
'type' => 'input',
'size' => '30',
'eval' => 'time',
)
),

it is not possible to enter 0:00 or 24:00

The Field will be emptied.
If you enter 0 the value will be 0:01
