List Module: Without privileges to modify edit-icons are shown and clickable leading to an empty page

Description
For members of a BE-group having only privileges "Tables (listing):" on a certain table (not to modify), there is no feedback but only an empty page after trying to edit/add a record.
Although the BE-user is not allowed to edit, in module List the edit-icons are shown and clickable. After that, the user gets an empty page in the main window - no message, no exception.
Tested:
- TYPO3 4.5.0 (MAMP)
- TYPO3 4.3.8 (MAMP)

Hi,
as this issue is very old. IMHO the issues in this area are more "work in progress" and some of them are handled in 6.2 already. So the question would be: "Does this problem still exists in 6.2beta7?"
As 4.5 is in maintenance mode, this won't be backported anymore.
