[4.5] TypoScript object browser is broken

Description
TypoScript object browser does not show templates included from extensions any more ("Include static (from extensions)").
Screenshot #1 shows that "Blog example" is included.
Screenshot #2 shows the content of the included template in the extension.
Screenshot #3 shows that TS Object Browser does not include that template. In fact it does not include any template from any extension.
This worked correctly in TYPO3 4.4 and was broken in 4.5.

Including a template works for me in 4.5.0. I tested with simulatebe, which includes the property plugin.tx_simulatebe_pi1.allow = 1. I get that displayed in the Object Browser.
But simulatebe does not use variables to be set; your example does. Could that be the source of the problem?

I can not confirm this behaviour while testing with extensions like tt_news and formhandler.
I tried to include the EXT:blog_example as well and i still see the values: http://imm.io/3NyH

Reason for the problem: corrupted database + missing error check. Unfortunately I did not save the exact location of the missing check before repairing the database :(
