after deleting leaf page in pagetree parent context menu is not fully loaded with functions

Description

When "Recursive delete" is OFF, pagetree pages with children pages in contextmenu haven't Delete option, leaf pages have Delete option. After deleting leaf page, pagetree is refreshed, but deleted page's parent, which now is leaf page, still hasn't Delete option in contextmenu. After manual reload of pagetree, Delete option is present in contextmenu.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
