ExtDirect Exception occurs when BE session times out

Description
TYPO3 BE shows exceptions (ExtJS/ExtDirect) in workspaces module when session of the BE user timed out.
How to reproduce:
(we assume workspaces are already set up and user is logged in at BE)
Web -> Workspaces -> (workspaces appear) - see attached screenshot "typo3-workspace-bugXXXXX-1.png"
do nothing ... wait until session timed out
Click "arrow right" icon to unfold (show) the pages (for example: second item, "Path /.../Contact").
Exception windows (without content) appear at the bottom of the screen (see attached screenshot "typo3-workspace-bugXXXXX-2.png").

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?

I tried in TYPO3 CMS 6.2.3, but I am unable to reproduce the issue.
When the session times out, the "re-login" popup appears and users can not bypass this.
So it should be fine to close this ticket. Thanks.
