BE "clear cache" function does not clear external Typoscripts included by Extensions

(issue imported from #M17989)

Hi Andreas,
I had the same problem. ... finally it was a bug in an extension using a hook in the clear cache function. Might this be the case for you also?

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
