Install Tool login not possible after update to 4.4.7

Description
After upgrading to 4.4.7 login to the Intall Tool isn't possible any more. After entering the correct password the page reloads but the login mask is displayed again.
The problem persits with only default extensions activated.
Exact same problem as in http://bugs.typo3.org/bug_relationship_graph.php?bug_id=15265
When switching back to 4.4.6 installTools works as expected. Regression?
FreeBSD 7.0
PHP 5.3.5 with Suhosin-Patch

After disabling APC the login works. I turned on FE error reporting and now if APC is enabled again I get
"Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: t3lib_autoloader::$classNameToFileMapping in /usr/local/www/typo3-src/typo3_src-4.4.7/t3lib/class.t3lib_autoloader.php on line 138"
After that I tried applying patch http://bugs.typo3.org/file_download.php?file_id=15384&type=bug. That seemed to fix the issue. Login to Install Tool is possible with APC running.

As you can see in #25150, this has been resolved in 4.4 branch already. It's just that there hasn't been a release after this fix was introduced (after 4.4.7). So it will be part of 4.4.8 as soon as it is out.
