Description

After upgrading to 4.4.7 login to the Intall Tool isn't possible any more. After entering the correct password the page reloads but the login mask is displayed again.

The problem persits with only default extensions activated.

Exact same problem as in http://bugs.typo3.org/bug_relationship_graph.php?bug_id=15265

When switching back to 4.4.6 installTools works as expected. Regression?
