Installing llxmltranslate tells me to do database changes that don't exist

Description

I checked out llxmltranslate1 from svn and tried to install it into typo3 with the new extension manager.
When installing it, I get the message:

Installing locallang-XML translation tool: DATABASE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
Before the extension can be installed the database needs to be updated with new tables or fields.
Please select which operations to perform:
Make updates

See the attached screenshot.

The EM should not ask that question since there are no updates.

Hi,

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?

The extension manager in 6.2.x does not ask anymore if I want to update the database. Thus, the issue is irrelevant now.
