Description

It is in IE not possible to point with a valid link as text to a different link target. The automatic link detection overwrites the linktarget.

Reproduce

  1. create a Regular Text Element
  2. insert www.mylink.com
  3. try to point by using the linkwizard with the link at www.mylink.com?id=12389465445
  4. the linktext will chance from www.mylink.com to www.mylink.com?id=12389465445
  5. try shorting the linktext to www.mylink.com again
  6. the link will now point at www.mylink.com instead at www.mylink.com?id=12389465445
