for me the t3editor does not load anymore in the beta release (as id did with trunk version before).
I will attach a sceen shot because it says more than words.

Sytem: current Firefox
T3: Updatet 41.5 and fresh 4.2 installation
PHP: 5.2.5

I can confirm that issue

While playing around with (de-)activation of the t3editor it happened to me that always after clicking the save button the content of the setup field was cleared before sending. A relogin into the backend fixed this nasty behaviour. Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this error.

the issue taht the editor don't work in 4.2b1 is known and already fixed.
i waiting that my patch will be reviewed and commited to the svn. (see core list)

Dirk, i can't reproduce your issue on my system. Either it's fixed with my latest patch or you've done something else.
